A little cup of turkish coffee means a lot for turkish
people. Turkish coffee is our traditional beverage. Mandabatmaz is been open
since 1967 and the place has frequenters. This place is a family company and
the only living member is Mehmet usta. Mehmet usta is really good at his job,
and I love the coffee in there. But the coffee was enormously strong, so it is
good for who likes bitter and strong flavours. For example my friend Zeynep
could not drink it and she didn’t like it. Mehmet usta describes his coffee
as; even if you put buffalo on the top
of the coffee, the buffalo won’t sink. The place gets the mandabatmaz name from
this quote. I will recommend this places for who likes strong flavours and of
course turkish coffeeJ
